Seeds
Guar, locust bean and tara gums come from plant seeds.
Fruit
Pectin is obtained from citrus peel and apple pomace, by-products of fruit processing.
Fermentation
Xanthan gum is produced by natural fermentation.

Solar power on our roof.
We have covered the entire roof of our plant in Gattatico with solar panels. The energy we produce reduces the electricity we draw from the grid and the CO₂ emissions of our production.
