BIVI Maio System is a complete range of different stabilizers developed for all traditional applications of mayonnaise, emulsified sauces and salade dressings with high and low fat content.
The various BIVI Maio products can perfectly stabilize any kind of emulsified sauce with oil content between 5 and 70%.
