The special balancing of different hydrocolloids allows the use of BIVI Ketch or BIVI Ketch SH even in a very acid environment such as ketchup with high vinegar content or other organic acids and with pH lower than 4.

BIVI Ketch can be used in cold or hot technology.

BIVI Ketch products are GMO free.
